Patrons consulting Casa Carola reviews often note this blend of classic charm with contemporary grace, a reflection echoed across many dining accounts.

Generous portions characterize some standout dishes, especially those rooted in the heart of Madrid’s culinary heritage. Amazing experience, the menu is unique and you get an extraordinary meal. It is typically the kind of restaurant the tourists should looking for. Staff is very king and professional. A lot of list of recommendations at the end of the meal. But you have to book first if not it's not possible to eat there. And a restaurant where you should book is a sign of quality. Highly recommended. Will come back for sure !

The Madrid stew was truly authentic. The portions were huge, the meat was tender and delicious, and the broth was incredibly tasty. The prices were reasonable, and after waiting all summer for it to reopen, it was totally worth it. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Food was great. I suggest you do a lot of exercise before going so you are starving and enjoy it even more. They serve you a ton and though it may feel pricey, it is worth the price because of all the things included. Please go and treat yourself to a great meal with an iconic dish from Madrid.

Very good traditional Spainish food that we need to try at least once. But the restaurant is very busy and crowded so it’s not quite but very noisy….

I've tried cocido madrileño in other restaurants in Madrid city centre, I would say this one is the best. Definitely recommended to come and try. It's full house even on a weekday. The food is really traditional and delicious. I've enjoyed a pleasant lunch.
